Outdoor Lighting
If there is a pole for the light to go on:
- $50.00 installation fee (must be paid up-front with cash or check)
- Customer will be billed $7.00 monthly for the light (Tri-State EMC maintains the light. Customer needs to call customer service if they have problems with the light.)
If there is no pole for the light to go on:
- $150.00 installation fee (may vary depending on distance to obtain the power for the light. Engineering may have to come out to the property to spot the location and determine costs. Please contact the engineering department.)
- Customer will be billed $9.00 monthly for the light (Tri-State EMC maintains the light. Customer needs to call customer service if they have problems with the light.)
Commercial Lighting
- Various lighting services are available. Please contact the engineering department for pricing and available products.
