Payment Information

Payments may be made in the office at 2310 Blue Ridge Drive, Blue Ridge, GA 30513 during the hours of 7:15 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, or in the payment drop after hours or on the weekends.

Other collection points are:

  • United Community Banks in Blue Ridge, GA and McCaysville, GA
  • Peoples Banks in Ducktown, TN and McCaysville, GA
  • Bank OZK in Blue Ridge, GA

The banks cannot accept past-due payments, and you must have your bill when paying at any of the banks.

An account will be past-due if not paid by the due date. A cut-off is printed if the bill is not paid within 10 days of the due date. A payment for the past-due amount must be received in our office before the cut-off date to avoid possible interruption. If you are disconnected for non-payment, a service charge, the past-due bill, and possibly an increased deposit may be required. These must be paid before service is reconnected.

An account becomes delinquent if any check is returned by your bank, and payment is due immediately. You will be notified by a TSEMC representative if a check is returned on your account. There is a $30.00 handling charge for all returned checks. Failure to remit payment upon notification will result in disconnection of services.

Automatic Payments

Bank Draft

For your convenience, we offer a Bank Draft Payment Plan. This service allows you to pay your electric bill automatically by authorizing us to charge your bank account for the bill amount. Under this program, we send you a bill so you will know how much to deduct from your bank account. The bill will state that it is to be paid by draft. Bank drafts are deducted from customer’s accounts the Thursday before the due date every month. Please fill out a bank draft form and attach a voided check and return it to the office at 2310 Blue Ridge Drive, Blue Ridge, GA 30513 or email it to

Auto Pay

Auto Pay allows the customer to set up his/her account so that it is automatically deducted from a credit card or from a checking account each month. The customer sets this type of payment up on TSEMC’s website. Customers need to have a valid email account and internet access to set up Auto Pay. The customer also has to have a zero balance when setting up auto pay. Customers can pick the date they wish the payment to be taken out each month. TSEMC asks customers to make the due date around the time of the actual due date to avoid problems with the account. Set a maximum amount you wish to pay in case of billing error. The customer must maintain the credit card expiration and/or any changes to the credit card or checking account information online.
