Accessing Your Account Online for the First Time

In order to access your account information you will need to enter your account number as the user ID. If this is the first time you are accessing your account online, your default password is your account number minus the last 3 digits. Once you log in, you will be prompted to change your password from your account number to a password of your choice. If you have trouble accessing your account, you will need to contact our Member Service Department by phone at 706-492-3251 during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 7:15 AM to 4:00 PM)

Trouble logging on? When entering your account number, please be sure to enter just the numbers. When entering the password, please leave off the last three numbers of your account number. Passwords are case sensitive. The view bill portion of this website requires Internet Explorer to be viewed. Netscape among other browsers such as Safari are not compatible and you will not be able to view your bill properly.

If you need to pay your bill and are having problems logging in, contact TSEMC at 706-492-3251 Monday-Friday from 7:15 AM to 4:00 PM, and your Visa, Master Card, or check can be processed over the telephone to avoid late fees.
